Relevant Experience:

  • Undertook a management and governance systems and processes analysis of Pacific Conference of Churches (PCC) in Suva, Fiji.
  • Evaluated about 20 NGOs with an eco-forestry expert, as part of the evaluation of Interchurch Organisation for Development Co-operation's Pacific Programme 2002 to 2005.  This comprised of 4 Pacific regional programmes and many individual projects (contracts) with about 25 partner organisations from different countries in the Pacific region.
  • Contracted as Organisational Development Specialist for Partners With Melanesians Inc (NGO) to assist in re-organising it to become more efficient and coherent.  Conceptualised a planning strategy called “Moving Forward: New Directions for Partners with Melanesians Inc”.
  • Assisted in the preparation of a Strategic Plan and Change Management for Center for Environmental Law and Community Rights Inc (NGO) to restructure it; by reviewing its human resources, organisational structure and financial and management procedures.
  • Contracted as a Strategic Planning & Sustainable Development Consultant to co-facilitate Village Development Trust's (VDT) Strategic Planning and Programme Formulation Workshop.
  • Contracted as an Operations and Financial Management Specialist to undertake an independent, external evaluation of the Eco-Forestry Forum.
  • Worked as Business Banking Analyst / Commercial Business Officer fot the ANZ Bank. Assisted Manager Business Banking in the maintenance and growth of “high networth clients” like Shell, ABB Engineering, Rimbunan Hijau, etc by (a) liaising with clients with respect to on-going administration of accounts and servicing and coordinating all customer services, (b) undertaking financial, business and credit risk analysis through monitoring of accounts and client business performance and (c) adhering to Group Credit Policies and Standards in reporting and documentation and ensuring data integrity in all core systems and documentations.
